For deliveries outside Singapore, Our international delivery partners include TNT, Fedex, UPS, ARAMEX, DHL and EMS. Kindly check with us before making the purchases at our checkout page.
Generally, all our wedding proposal / engagement ring boxes are able to fit in most rings. Some products have specific dimensions in which we have already indicated in the page.
However, if you are worried of this, you can always check with us and we will help you to determine if the ring fits.
We will need the following dimensions:
The processing time for the order is within 2 working days and will be mailed out once it is processed. You will receive your item between 3-5 working days.
For products that are available on backorder, the processing time will be 2 to 4 working days and delivery time will be between 10-18 working days.
For overseas deliveries besides Singapore, the processing time for the order is within 2 working days and will be mailed out once it is processed. You will receive your item between 1-5 weeks depending on the delivery types.

Generally, the stock will take between 2 to 3 weeks to be re-stocked. However, for customised-design boxes, an additional 3 to 5 working days is required for design rendering and engraving.
After you make the payment for the box, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your desired design.The process will take between 3 to 5 working days to render and craft out the design. There will be only 01 revision allowed. There will be an additional cost of $16 for every additional revision.
You can either access our design templates here, or you can have your own design by sending it to us and we will render the design for you.
Our system will AUTOMATICALLY sends out an order confirmation once an order is placed. If you have placed your order but did not receive any confirmation, it is very likely that our email either landed in your junk/clutter folder or was rejected by your server.
If you still couldn’t find our email in your junk, kindly contact us with an alternate email address and we will send your confirmation again.
It will be a case by case basis. If you would like to change for other colour/design, we can exchange the item for you (provided we have the available stock). However, you will need to pay for the balances, as well as the postage charges.
However, if your product item is a customised design, it will be non-refundable and we are unable to exchange it. Do take note that exchanges can only be made in Singapore.

The rental service is only available exclusively in Singapore only.
Yes, the initial deposit cost is as follow:
- Royal Design Theme Rental – $120.00
- Floral Design (Type A) Theme Rental – $170.00
- Floral Design (Type B) Theme Rental – $170.00
- Harry Potter Design Theme Rental – $450.00
You can make the deposit on the day of collection. We accept transactions via PayNow or Bank Transfer. Kindly contact us for more information.
If there is available time slot for the other designs, we are able to change the design for you. However, you will have to top-up if there is any cost difference. Kindly also take note that you are only allowed for a one-time design change.

The minimum no of rental days are as follows:
- Wedding Band Ring Display for Rental: 02 Days
- Ring Box Rental: 03 Days
Every product has its cost. We will provide you the cost breakdown for every item upon collection.
Once the order has been made, our Creative Designers will contact you to find out more on your ideal design concepts.
Our creative designer will create the ideal design based on your design preference.
Once the design is completed, we will hand over the final copy to you via email.
The validity is 03 months upon handing over the design concepts to you.
For additional revision, the cost will be $16.00 per revision.
If you are not satisfied with the design concept, you can opt to change the design. However, kindly take note that this is considered as a revision.
